Will the pet door hold up to chinook winds off the foothills?
The right door will. We don't push a single spec — if wind exposure at your home warrants a heavier-duty or dual-flap unit, we can spec that; if not, the standard options seal fine. We look at the actual door and exposure during the in-home estimate.
What about HOAs in the newer neighborhoods?
In-glass installs stay hidden from street view — the pet door is set into the pane behind your existing frame — so most Fort Collins HOAs never notice. If yours requires review, we'll provide product spec sheets for the submission.
Can you work on older Old Town homes with historic trim?
Yes. Pre-war frames and non-standard patio-door sizes are routine for us. We measure, order custom glass to the existing opening, and reuse your original frame so nothing about the historic look changes.
Do you serve Timnath, Wellington, and Laporte too?
All three — same crew, same lead time. Timnath is essentially a Fort Collins install for us; Wellington and Laporte add a short drive but no travel charge.
